* Tests are scheduled daily with 4 sessions to choose from, and each session can only take NINE (9) students.

All tests will take place in the student’s home with IDAT Secure 360 Remote Proctoring.

AUD $110.00 (AUD $100 + 10% GST )

* Payment is made at the end of the test booking process online. Registration is ONLY valid if the payment is made in FULL.

* AUD $110.00 (AUD $100 + 10% GST ) – applicable from 27 February 2026 to 5 PM 27 March 2026.

* AUD $55.00 (AUD $50 + 10% GST ) - Change of test date fee or special consideration fee: Changes are only permitted on the grounds of a medical or family emergency (e.g., accidents or funeral attendance). Special consideration for test dates is at the discretion of IDAT and subject to availability.

Provisional bookings must be submitted by 5 PM 27 March 2026.

* After 5 PM on 27 March 2026, the portal will be CLOSED to future bookings. This provisional booking is based on your trial and submission of your set-up information to finalise the booking. This MUST be done by 7 PM on 27 March 2026, or you will lose your booking. Your test fee is non-refundable, and you will forfeit your booking if you do not trial the system.

* Please use a desktop computer or laptop to register for your IDAT account and book your test.

* DO NOT USE MOBILE DEVICES to complete registration.

Once you submit your booking and successfully make the payment, you will receive a provisional booking email. To finalise it, please complete the setup instructions provided in your provisional booking email within the next 72 hours. This ensures you are properly set up at home for your test. Failure to complete this within 72 hours will result in losing your booking. You cannot proceed with the Tintern Scholarship registration until this step is completed.

For any technical questions, please contact the IDAT team as soon as possible.

1. All scholarship applicants must submit an online Tintern Grammar Scholarship Application Form and upload any supporting documents to support the scholarship application.

2. You MUST enter the test page within 30 minutes after your scheduled test starts, otherwise, your test will be cancelled.

3. The results of the test will ONLY be disclosed to Tintern Grammar School. There will be NO SHARING OF RESULTS. Therefore, you MUST nominate Tintern Grammar as the school you are applying to when booking the test. Failing to do so may invalidate your test result.

4. All music and performing arts audtions will take place at Tintern Grammar from Monday 27 April to Wednesday 29 April 2026. Details of an audition date and time will be advised after applications close.
